Herefordshire Council is the local government authority for the County of Herefordshire in England.  It is a unitary authority, combining the powers of a non-metropolitan county and district.

We have had the pleasure of working with Herefordshire Council for many years, supplying Hearing Induction Loops, ChairMate Evacuation Chairs, Stairlifts and Wireless Alarm Systems.  Most recently we have supplied a Wireless Pull Chord Alarm System in a therapy and hygiene unit in a school.  This was a purpose built unit, built for a child with specific needs and the Wireless Pull Chord Alarm System would immediately alert reception in the event of an emergency.

How We Helped

We have carried out site surveys on many of the Council Buildings, giving them our full report and recommendations, working closely with our client in order to ensure that their Fire Evacuation and Accessibility needs were met.

The Outcome

With the supply of our Assisted Hearing Systems and Fire Evacuation Products, we have successfully assisted the Council with their responsibilities under the Equalities Act.

Over the last 10 years KTP have supplied and installed an extensive range of equipment for us.  The level of service, support and professionalism that KTP provides is second to none and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to other organisations.
